Goat’s cheese and grilled peach bruschettas

Ingredients

  • ½ traditional baguette
  • 2 yellow peaches
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Germain goat’s cheeses
  • A few sprigs of basil

Preparation

    Preheat your oven to 180°.

    Cut the baguette lengthwise.
  • 3
    Wash and quarter the peaches.

    Slice the goat’s cheese

    Then rub the sliced baguette with garlic and drizzle with olive oil.

    Take a slice of bread and alternately add the peaches and goat’s cheese.

    Bake in the oven at 180°C (thermostat 6) for around 10 mins until the cheese has melted.

    Before serving, place a basil leaf on each bruschetta and enjoy!
