Ingredients

  • 3 slices of Epoisses Germain cheese
  • 1 slice of toasted bread
  • 1 slice of ham
  • 3 slice of pineapple
  • butter

Preparation

    Spread butter on one side of the bread toast

    Put the pineapple slices
  • 3
    Add the ham on top of the pineapple slices and them the slices of Epoisses.

    Place the toast in the oven until you see the Epoisses cheese is melting
