Preserved onion, raw ham and Langres cheese bagel

Ingredients

  • 4 bagels
  • 1 pot onion preserve
  • 8 thin slices raw ham
  • 2 handfuls baby salad leaves
  • 80g Germain Langres cheese
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • salt and pepper from a mill

Preparation

    Cut the bagels in 2 and put them in a toaster or toast under the oven grill for a few minutes.

    Spread each bagel half with onion preserve.
  • 3
    Then add a few salad leaves on top, drizzle with olive oil and add the raw ham, a few thin slices of Langres cheese and salt and pepper.

    Put the other half of the bagel on top and serve.
